  1. Application process

    As soon as you apply, we will contact you for an initial interview. You will immediately meet your manager during the first interview. We will gladly make room in our agenda for a second interview to answer your questions and explain your future job and our corporate culture. We prefer a short application process in order to welcome you on board efficiently.

  2. Onboarding

    From the first minute you start at Delta Light, you will be immersed in our world of light! To that end, you will receive a personal onboarding programme. Twice a year, we organise a training week at HQ where you can meet your new international colleagues and gain in-depth knowledge of our products.

    At Delta Light, we want to see everyone grow as a person and as an employee within our organisation. That's why we not only talk about how you can improve. We also highlight your talents and help nurturing them.

    In our leadership program, we train all managers to properly support and guide our employees. During these training sessions, our leadership values are further explained and applied to specific situations. Every manager goes through the same course in order to create a common language.
