Ghelamco HQ (BE)
De Cort & Dervichian designed the new HQ offices of the Ghelamco Group, a leading European real estate investor and developer operating in the office, residential and logistics markets. The new offices are located on the top floor of the Ghelamco Arena, the stadium of Belgian football team AA Gent. The combination of glass, colors and balance between daylight and artificial light contribute to a unique sense of transparency.
