With Soliscape, UNStudio and Deltalight aim to create sensor-based environments that respond, learn and adapt to people's daily activities. This flexible system shifts offices towards responsive architecture, allowing intuitive control and personalisation of space. It puts the user in charge.
Over the years, office buildings have changed significantly, evolving from large private offices to enclosed workstations and now to open spaces that encourage collaboration. Headquarters have also dematerialised, splitting between office, home and third places.

From theory to practice: an example
Many factors influence the acoustics qualities and thus the reverberation time inside a room. Room size, layout and materials each play their part. This practical case illustrates how reverberation time is calculated and how Soli-Shhh panels can optimise the acoustic experience.

Here a combination of linear downlighting for the workstation and accent lighting for the wall was used as a mood board. Soliscape's adjustability created the opportunity for collaborative spaces.

The sound-absorbing panels, named Soli-Shhh, enhance the comfort of your office by significantly reducing reverberation. These panels are easy to install and reposition, allowing you to maximise their acoustic effectiveness.
