Interior architect Frank Vanderhaeghe transformed this old rubber factory to a work and living space for a family with children. With this realisation, special attention was given to the open views, the relationship with the historical background and the architectural elements of the site. The view on the old town here is never far away. Clear lines, timeless simplicity and a strong commitment to a high quality and durable realisation have been the key for the design of the loft.
