Product Designer
Delta Light HQ - Wevelgem
Collaborating closely together with our Art Director and R&D team, you will be responsible for designing new products that not only meet technical specifications but also captivate consumers with their aesthetics and functionality:
- You contribute to the innovative look and feel of the brand and the collection.
- You evaluate your designs from the perspective of consumers and the market, analyzing how they will impact the overall lighting experience for end-users.
- You engage in a continuous dialogue with the Art Director to ensure that product designs align with Deltalight's distinctive style and vision.
- You ask the right questions and have a constructive mindset, keen on making the designs better and respecting the technical specs and deadlines.
- You have close contact with suppliers to be inspired by new materials and think outside the box.
- You can push the boundaries of a concept with great design: restrictions of the design makes you go the extra mile and gives you extra energy.
Profil
- Pen and paper are enough for you to visualize a concept. You have good knowledge of various software tools (AutoCad, Sketchup), helping you bring your concepts to life
- You have a creative degree, but even more important than degrees: your life is filled with passion
- Trust your gut? Always!
- You use your creativity for pioneering in the organization
- You have a healthy aversion to procedures
- You love to work collaboratively in a team environment
- You inspire your colleagues and the brand teams we work in
