Junior Development Manager AQForm

Responsibilities

As Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the commercial growth of our partners in the Limburg/Antwerp region:

• Strategic collaboration: Together with our partners, you develop smart strategies aligned with AQForm’s vision, working purposefully towards defined targets and budgets.

• Sales management in your region:

  • Actively identify opportunities to grow, increase visibility, and build a community of brand ambassadors.

  • Ensure that the defined margins and budgets are achieved.

  • Coordinate all operational sales activities in your region smoothly, in close collaboration with our team and partners.

• Customer and partner relations:

  • Maximize customer satisfaction in all interactions with the market, both direct and indirect clients.

  • Follow up on all promotional and other marketing activities, including post-event actions.

  • Foster energetic and open collaboration with the partner team.

  • Ensure top-quality service and support for the distribution market.

• Market insights & reporting:

  • Continuously gather valuable market insights.

  • Use the CRM system effectively and maintain accurate reporting.

• Product development:

  • Contribute actively to, and closely collaborate with, the Product Management team.

  • Support the development of new products in line with global and local trends.

Profil

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in a commercial role.

• You have strong technical and commercial insight.

• You are fluent in Dutch; proficiency in French and/or English is considered a plus.

• You are results-oriented, driven to succeed, and equipped with strong planning and organizational skills.

• You have a competitive mindset, with a structured, strategic, and to-the-point approach.

• You are inventive and consistently strive for customer satisfaction.
