Profiles Support Expert

As a Profiles Support Expert, you are the first point of contact for technical and drawing related inquiries related to our profiles product range. You are responsible for drawing custom-made profiles on customer request, and the administrative follow-up when the request turns into an order. Besides this, you support both internal colleagues and external customers with technical inquiries. Thanks to your expertise and accurate approach, you contribute to smooth collaboration and an excellent customer experience.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to share your technical knowledge by providing product training to new employees, customers, or partners.

Your responsibilities

Profile drawing & administration

• Accurately process technical files, orders, and returns.
• Design and draw custom-made solutions for our made-to-measure profile range. Following our drawing principles.
• Register correctly profile orders in SAP.
• Communicate with our production team at HQ (Belgium) in case of questions.
• Manage and maintain the complaints and returns database.

Relationship management & technical support

• Provide first-line technical support for our profiles (by phone and email).
• Answer technical questions from customers and colleagues and provide accurate technical information.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive project support.
• Register and closely follow up on complaints and returns.
• Prepare repair quotations and ensure correct follow-up.

Collaboration & improvement

• Work closely with HQ-departments such as R&D, product management, planning, logistics, accounting, and technical service.
• Proactively contribute ideas to improve processes and services.
• Continuously stay up to date with new products and innovations within Deltalight.

Profilo

• Technical or professional education in design and technical drawing fields.
• Drawing skills, understanding of measurements, and architectural blueprints.
• Initial experience in a technical sales support or service role.
• Strong interest in LED lighting, dimming systems, home automation, and IoT.
• Structured, accurate working style and strong administrative skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to extract relevant information.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
