BOIC (BE)
The old offices of the Belgian Olympic & Interfederal Comité (B.O.I.C) no longer reflected the young and dynamic image that the organization had in mind. Belgian interior architect K-ONCEPT redesigned the space.
The goal was to integrate various recognizable elements of the Olympic scenery and history, without the obvious clichés.
The waiting area in the reception was built like a tribune, while the lighting refers to the Olympic circles. The RGB lighting in the floor was programmed to show the Olympic colours, simulating a running track that finishes at the LED wall, showing a stadium clock counting down to the start of the next Olympic Games.
