As Area Manager France, you plan, develop and implement the sales and business strategy for your area, both for Deltalight and AQForm brand:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Define and implement a strategic sales plan for France in collaboration with the Regional Director.
- Ensure all commercial activities align with corporate goals and market potential.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable sales initiatives and targets.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the region.
Sales & Business Development
- Oversee and optimize sales performance within France.
- Monitor key sales metrics, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
- Implement effective pricing, discount, and distribution policies.
- Expand and professionalize the distribution network, strengthening relationships with designers and industry professionals.
- Work closely with marketing team in Belgium to execute targeted campaigns that drive business growth.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop the commercial team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide continuous coaching and development.
- Ensure structured reporting, regular check-ins, and effective communication within the team.
- Promote collaboration across commercial functions and integration with Deltalight HQ.
- Drive workforce and succession planning to maintain team efficiency and continuity.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
- Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Implement structured feedback mechanisms to align market needs with company offerings.
Process & Performance Optimization
- Establish efficient sales processes, ensuring the effective use of CRM and digital sales tools.
- Encourage a data-driven approach to sales performance management.
- Continuously assess and improve business processes for better efficiency and customer experience.
Product & Market Insights
- Gather and communicate market intelligence and customer insights to Product Management.
- Contribute to the development of new product offerings based on market needs.
- Ensure product launches are effectively executed within the region.
Profile
- You have a University degree with at least 10 years of experience in a commercial role.
- You are familiar with solid people management in a larger company.
- You have thorough technical and commercial insight and an architectural feeling.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You are a result oriented people manager, with a drive for success, strong planning and organization skills and able to refine structures.
- You have a competitive nature, with a structured, strategic as well as to-the-point approach. You are inventive and consistently strive for customer satisfaction.
- You are willing to travel frequently, national as well as abroad.
