Marketing & Communication Manager

As the Marketing & Communication Manager at Delta Light, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies in collaboration with area managers across various regions. You will coordinate the operational marketing objectives, initiatives, and tools, while managing a regional marketing team. Additionally, you will oversee and lead two regional marketeers at HQ, each responsible for specific regions, ensuring effective collaboration and execution across all markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Create and manage regional marketing plans and calendars with area managers, aligning activities and campaigns with market needs.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximizing ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage two regional marketers, each responsible for a number of regions, providing guidance and ensuring cohesive execution of marketing strategies across all territories.
- Coordinate local activation plans, including fairs, events, professional media, and local PR activities.
- Define marketing needs based on insights from both internal structures and partner networks, developing tailored materials such as showroom packs, POS packs, and content packs.
- Oversee flawless distribution and access to marketing tools, managing the production and delivery of technical materials, print assets, and POS tools.
- Develop and maintain partner programs to support brand consistency and image in selective distribution channels, through initiatives like media kits, partner guidance, and the Delta Light ‘Academy.’
- Serve as the SPOC for sales support and area managers, ensuring effective communication and marketing alignment.
Profil
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an international marketing environment.
- You have a strategic vision that you enjoy combining with hands-on execution.
- Strong decision making skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Communication skills with a positive and energetic approach to working with different regions and personalities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team, including direct responsibility for marketers at HQ.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and achieve results.
