AQForm is an international lighting brand experiencing strong growth. As part of the Delta Light Group (headquartered in Wevelgem), we continue to build our own story from Kraków, where both our headquarters and production facilities are located. It is there that our functional decorative designs take shape, from idea to final product.
Due to our growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Manager to further develop the wholesale market in Flanders (and Brussels).
Your role:
You are not a traditional salesperson, but an entrepreneurial relationship builder—someone who understands the market, identifies opportunities, and acts on them.
You work closely with our wholesale partners and ensure that AQForm becomes top of mind. Not by pushing hard, but by being strongly present, thinking along with partners, and building trust.
In practice, this means:
• You further develop existing collaborations and open new doors
• You identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete actions
• You guide projects from initial contact to completion
• You monitor market trends and customer needs
• You act as a knowledgeable sparring partner for your clients
With your commercial insight and feel for relationships, you strengthen our position in the Belgian market—step by step, but with clear ambition.

• You hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial role• You combine technical insight with a strong commercial mindset
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French is a plus
• You work in a goal-oriented and structured way, with a clear focus on results
• You are driven by progress: competitive, strategic, and to the point
• You take initiative, think in solutions, and always prioritize customer satisfaction
