What You’ll Do

• Translate strategic briefs into inspiring visual storytelling

• Design campaign visuals, catalogues, digital interfaces, and event materials

• Create social media content (images, video, animation) in collaboration with the creative team

• Think critically, challenge existing guidelines, and propose ideas that strengthen Delta Light’s brand identity

• Adapt and finalize layouts and files according to brand guidelines — a key part of the role that demands precision and attention to detail

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other designers to ensure consistent, high-end communication

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in both print and digital design projects

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); experience with Figma, Miro, or Adobe XD is a plus

• Understanding of UX principles or web design is an advantage

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

• Analytical mindset: able to justify design choices and present proposals

• Curious about new technologies, trends, and ways to elevate visual communication

• Experience with photography and videography is a plus
