As an Event Coordinator & Marketing Support, you are responsible for the practical organisation, coordination and administrative follow-up of international events, trade fairs and visitor programmes. You ensure that everything behind the scenes is organised down to the last detail, enabling colleagues, customers and partners to enjoy a seamless experience.You are a natural organiser who enjoys planning, coordinating and following up on operational tasks. You thrive in a role where you work both independently and as part of a team. You enjoy supporting the marketing department and take pride in keeping processes organised and running smoothly.

  • Organise and coordinate international visitor programmes at our headquarters. You are responsible for all practical arrangements, including hotels, transportation, restaurants, meeting rooms, catering and communication with visitors and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the central point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders, ensuring every visit is professional, welcoming and well organised.
  • Evaluate the visitor experience and proactively identify opportunities to improve and optimise processes.
  • Support the organisation of international trade fairs, events, product launches and other marketing activities, ensuring smooth preparation, flawless execution and accurate administrative follow-up.
  • Work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Consignment and external suppliers to ensure that all materials, shipments and deliveries arrive at the right place, at the right time.
  • Maintain relationships with hotels, transport providers, event venues and other suppliers. Monitor service quality and continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Handle the administrative follow-up of events and visitor programmes, including registrations, invitations, presentations, SharePoint updates, CRM administration, invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the Marketing team and ensure that internal processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
