Project manager - Poland

Our Project Manager in Poland will be prospecting and developing relationships in the design community to generate lighting sales in architectural projects.
Inspire with new ideas and lighting solutions and possibilities to meet sales targets and achieve the company’s goals.
Your goal is to make Deltalight the reference of high-end architectural lighting in your region and create the best service toward the project market.

You will

• Together with the Area Manager define a strategy to achieve budget & goals
• Look for new specifiers in the region, support them and have impact on them and increase their Deltalight efficiency
• Propose actions to increase our brand awareness and act as a brand ambassador
• Act as the link between the market and Deltalight to make this successful
• Target projects in the residential, hospitality, office, retail and public sector by promoting and marketing Deltalight product range to the ‘design community’
• Build up relationships with specifiers in general: architects, interior & lighting designers and landscape architects
• Follow up on all stakeholders involved in a project: investor – specifier – Deltalight distribution partner – contractor
• Meet consultants, contractors, engineers and investors for the requirement of lighting products for their projects or tenders and provide the best lighting solutions and advice for indoor and outdoor projects, working alongside with our design team
• Handle and present lighting solutions liaising with consultants, architects and end users
• Meticulously prepare bill of quantities and technical submittals as well as quotations for projects and public tenders
• Follow up the project until client’s approval and coordinate commercial activity with the Area Manager
• Coordinate process for successful conclusion of projects in the region procured through international specification
• Maximize the customer satisfaction in all contacts existing between you and the market
• Be responsible to optimize margin by strategical negotiation
• Create a dynamic collaboration between sales support,  project management division, sales and the technical team
• Follow KPI’s to achieve turnover with profitable margin
• Be fully committed to the job and goal oriented with a sense for responsibility and efforts
• Be able to think out of the box and show a problem solving attitude
• Eager to travel to Deltalight HQ with specifiers

Profiel

Our ideal candidate has

• Background in one or more of following: architectural / lighting / electrical or similar technical background
• Experience and network in the architectural and design community
• Excellent computer skills
• Good analytical skills
• Perfect knowledge of Polish/English and other languages are a plus
• Determination and passion for his/her work
• Knowledge of lighting design
