Private residence - Firenze (IT)
The apartment is located in one of the few Liberty Palaces in Florence.
It’s on two levels and connected by an internal staircase that acts as the center between the living and the sleeping area.
The space was conceived as a large loft given the space, the heights and the large glass surfaces that are an absolute unicum for the historic center.
The view from the two levels of the house spaces on the Square Ognissanti, over Lungarni to the hills of Bellosguardo. The house is flooded with light throughout the day. The interiors are characterized by few materials and surfaces to create a neutral and clean but at the same time warm space. The space is very flexible since the client is both a collector of contemporary art and an entrepreneur, using the appartement both for work and to live when she stays in the city.
